Personal training to help women feel

I help busy moms get fit and build confidence in their time with an easy to follow plan so they no longer have to sit on the sidelines.

My name is Meg DeSalvo, and I am the founder of Meg DeSalvo Fit currently based just outside of Boston. I decided to become a personal trainer after working for a health coaching company out of college. This company allowed me to explore my passion for helping others, but it shifted my perspective on how I wanted to help people: I wanted to help people on a more individual, consistent basis where we work together to create the healthy life they want and deserve.

I care about my clients, and there's nothing more important to me than helping somebody learn how to make healthy, sustainable habits that make them empowered, confident and strong. I want to help women discover a healthy balance between mental, nutritional and physical health practices that fits their life no matter how busy it may be.

I understand that finding the time to workout and having a balanced diet can be hard. Believe me I have two young kids at home with a husband in the military who works shift work, so finding the time for yourself can be tough. We deserve to be the best version of ourselves by prioritizing ourselves and taking the time to work toward a healthier life without guilt of taking family or work time.

I have taken my 7 plus years experiences as a health coach, in person personal trainer and now an online personal trainer to give you the best support and personal program to help you reach your goals. As a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and pre/postnatal coach my goal and passion is to help every woman I train to feel strong, empowered and confident by prioritizing their physical and mental health.

I met Meghan while we were both pregnant so I felt very confident in her ability to train me in a way that would work for my body. So much has changed a year later, but my confidence in Meghan remains. She creates workouts that feel challenging without being punishing. She teaches me new exercises that I can incorporate into my solo workouts, which empowers me to get stronger week over week. I always look forward to our sessions together because of the accountability — and the laughs.
